The tall woman sighed. "But not all truth's should be said at one time." she said softly, patting the gray, before she shrugged. She knew that he wasn't happy with her, but she didn't care. Not right then. Her dark eyes were guarded, as she waited for him to get back on his runner.
The gray under her was snorting in greeting to the black, almost overjoyed at seeing another runner. The big runner stomped a hoof. He bobbed his head. She looked away when he looked at her. "Being asked if your cute was going to get old very fast." she said calmly before turning the stallion, towards where the Darkened Hold would be.

Tia shook her head. "They would know I was lieing." she didn't even color a little. She sighed as her little blue hurumfed at her softly and sat on her shoulder. the other two were on her saddle horn, holding on tight and twittering at each other. The silver watched the gold go away, but she didn't say anything to her's. There was no point.
Of course it was going to be a long rest of the day. It was about mid-late afternoon, but still beautiful. She liked being outside. She knew that Shaman could go a long ways at a faster pace, but she didn't want to tire him to much. A weeks worth of rider was infront of her. Not something she looked forward to. Well no, that wasn't tru,e, but she didn't know how to say she was sorry and get the redhead behind her to forgive her.
Back in darkened, Hannak got the message. "Well well. Thank you Ara. Here's some snacks. Wait while I write to him. Then tell him that he's not to have you leave his side unless absolutly nessesary." she coed to the gold flit with a smile.
Dear Son,
I'm glad that you are returning. The world doesn't always give you what you want, but at least she's coming. Don't worry to much. I love you to. Love Mom
Oh she kenw it wasn't going to be perfect but it was something. She gave it to Ara, expecting her to get it to him when she felt ready and rested.
Back out on the trail Tia sighed, reaching out and touching the silver flit. Sparti hissed at her and growled. She didn't lower her gaze to glare at her flit, like she wanted to. Badly. She glanced behind her at Mika for a moment. "Thank you."

Tia smiled as she heard something behind her. "What?" she asked, pretending she didn't hear it. She had, and she had a good idea, but she wanted to ask. She could feel herself calming down, and the little blue/brown proved it. She glanced at her friend again.
She laughed as she listened to the conversation behind her. The blue/brown flit twittering softly. Bwi warbled carefully as if curious. She sighed. "That's yet to be seen. But for now it's good. I don't know how much longer I could have gone with out at least attempting to kill my older sister."

Tia's dark eyes were worried. There woudl be something wrong later. She knew it. She'd hurt him. She'd tried to hurt him to. She'd been pushing him away. Hard. now she was acting like nothing had happened, but while riding she didn't want to deal with him. Her dark hair fell over her eyes, but she kept her gaze in front of her.
"Tyramen. The harper. She likes you. So does my little sister Kyrisin. They both were going to drive me crazy with questions about you." she said as she glanced at him. It was a glare at her from Sparti that kept her from adding more.

Tia's gray danced a bit as the back came forward. She put her full attention down, her seat becoming smoother, and straighter. She was back ten years when she was nine, and she was being ordered to sit straighter while she got the horse to do what she wanted it to do.
His voice brought her head up, and she looked at him a bit supprised. His words made her color. "Ah... That is NOT something I'm going to tell you. Ever. Under any circumstance. And I mean that." she said glancing at him.

The woman made a very annoyed gasp, but the smile on her face as she leaned a bit to the side slapping at his arm. "What part of, I'm not going to TELL you, do you NOT understand Mika?" she asked with a laugh. The Gray danced to the side, away from the black horse, and getting her attention. She snatched the reigns up, glaring at the horse, who turned his head just a bit and bobbed it. "Stupid runner."

Long brown hair swept over her shoulder as she glanced at him. "Still won't work." her dark eyes were bright with a bit of amusement. She watched him out of the corner of her eyes.
She liked Mika. A lot. He was fun, cute, friendly. But he was male. She blinked back anger as she remembered the last boy that had gotten to close. Ty had nearly killed him. It had gotten close. She closed her eyes.
Then he spoke again. "His name is Shaman, and it didn't mattter. I was trying to be a dragon rider! Why would I need a horse? But I helped train him. He latched on to me."

Her dark eyes watched him. "What do you think? Not all questions should be repeated. Ever. Or said in the first place. Alright? So CUT it." her voice was a sharp snap, annoyance coloring her face. She was not happy. She wanted him to stop pushing. The blue flit hissed softly at her, and she gave it a nasty look. Bwi wasn't scared though and crawled up her arm and sat on her shoulder, humming softly at her, calming her down. "Sorry. But... just... Don't push please. There are some things I'd rather not repeat. I do have SOME scruples."
She glanced away, as she forced herself to calm down. She looked at him carefully. "Yes, but I wouldn't ride Sha much. That's not fair to him. I let him go, but apparently he stuck around the stables. He came to quickly to have been far away." she said softly, patting the stallion under her. She looked at him again. "I have to get used to the idea of being married. This is only a break, I'll have to go back to that as soon as the time is up. Though i'm thankful your here. I was rude thought. I'm sorry."

"Good. And it had better always be For Now on that." she said softly, her dark eyes looking ahead, as her silver flit twittered softly at Falcon the blue/brown. He warbled at the silver before jumping off Tia's shoulder and bounced around the pair, twittering like an idiot.
Her mouth set in a firmer line. "But it was rude, and inexcusable. Even if you were the safest to snap out at, I shouldn't have. I shouldn't have been rude. Even if what i said WAS true, there are better ways to tell you that... AND i just sounded like my grandmother." she said the last part exasperated. She did not like that.
Tia's eyes widened. "No... But... But you don't get a choice. Though technically the best marriages are usually between friends, or people who are similar enought, but just different enough to make things work. And yes that was from my father." she said softly. Glancing at him.

"Thank you." she murmured as she continued to ride. She was thankful, it meant he was over trying to get her to ask him questions, or him to ask her to many questions. That was... weird. She didn't want to answer questions... or maybe she did. She hated being confused. She really did.
"Before. Right before he disappeared." she said looking at him, with rather sad eyes. She didn't like the fact that her father had been pushed out. All becuase he'd said no. And he'd stood for it! THAT is what bothered her. Well one of the many things. But that really bothered her. Why had they been so forceful in wanting to get her married? WHY? What had she done wrong?
Then he spoke again and she snapped out of her thoughts. "I've looked at them all. None are worth spending my life with. Or having their children. Which at this point isn't among my ideas of what's a good thing to do. Though My mom pointed out that there's a limited amount of time for a woman to have kids, and I always WANTED to have kids. Though not this early..." she was rambling. again.

Tia waited for him to finish before answering. "That is probably true. I practically lost my twin. I mean he's a rider, and I'm not. I came home and refused to get out of bed for three days. It was the forth day that i was hustled out of bed to meet one of the first suitors. Then i was given work, and from morning to dusk I was working. After dusk too." she said simply continuting to ride. She glanced at the sun, wondering. "There's a cliff about a mile away. Great place to camp, and from the top of the cliff the sun set is beautiful." she said suddenly.
She urged her stallion to moved forward, he suddenly set into a canter. The stallion whinnied as he did so, his movements clean. She lost herself in the canter, remembering a happier time, before the dragons. Then they were there. The cliff was sloped to create a place where people could camp, and it was obvious they had. There was a ring of stones near one end, were a cabin was. Plus there was an obvious path up to the top. There was even a small lean-to that could hold the horses, or at least give them shelter. She drew Shaman up to a halt as she came to the cabin. No one was there, she knew that. She dismounted easily, dislodging the flits that had held on through the canter. "THis was made by my grandfather. He thought it was beautiful, and deicded it was a great place to have a small home. He came here all the way until he died. He loved it here, always brought me along. It was the one place Ty and I weren't together."

The tall brunet stood there watching the sun, waiting for him to follow her. Her dark eyes locked on the sun, feeling calmer. She might be able to do this. Just maybe. She took a deep breath and looked over at him as he spoke. "He always said that it was one place that he felt at peace. He was gonna give it to me, but it's my dad's." she said softly. her smile faiding a bit.
She glanced where he mentioned. She nodded. She looked at him carefully. "Of course. And Shaman knows ways to get out of the wind and rain. He'll take Raider where ever he goes. There should be stuff in the cabin. Pa always keeps it stocked. Or did. Always to make sure because I used to go disappear for days, with Ty, though alone most of the time. Came here usually."
She lead the gray down to the cabin, untacked him, and brushed him out. The horse shook his head before trotting off to the lean to. "Alright boy I get the point. Mika? Woods inside the cabin. I'll feed them, you get the fire started." she called as she hurried to a shed behind the cabin, and grabbed grain, and hay. She brought it to the lean two and made two piles. The gray horse moved to his pile and started to eat. Carrots and Apples were in the mix. She nodded as she grabbed her bags and brought them inside.
