OCC// DO NOT POST HERE UNTIL APRIL 1st! I’m doing this because I’m not sure I’m going to be around Friday. (or much Thursday). So please do not post until Friday. Thank you guys. The large dark green dragon, who’d been next to the egg since they’d been brought from Southern Weyr, lifted her head. The morning sun had not yet risen. Her eyes went from blue to yellow as the Cloud Egg started to shake. Badly. She started to hum. Mine. They are hatching. It is time. Came the green’s soft words as she lifted her large wing. Under it was a dark haired woman with a flowy blue dress on. She woke up quickly. Mir? she asked groggily. Just then the Good Soil Egg started to rock back and forth as if the dragon inside wanted out. It’s time for the hatching. I will call the Candidates. said the large green. Then she raised her head, and bugled. Every rider, holder, dragon, wher, candidate, and anyone else at the Weyr and Hold heard the cry from the large green. Then her voice was in every Candidates head.
All candidates come to the sands! The eggs are hatching. Hurry! the green was calm but urgent. She and her rider had been moved from Sands Master to Candidate Master. Mir had been having trouble keeping her attention on her work, but her rider was helpful there. And this time there were eggs. The green roared again, calling to all dragons. Then she curved her head down, her eyes whirling in all the colors, and started to hum. The Hatching Hum that all dragons used when the eggs hatched. Mir would be these hatchling’s mother for the time being. At least until the Weyrling Master was appointed. Lilly watched, as the weyrlings, and drudges from the weyr and hold started to put out lamps. With the special lights and battery’s that the Hold’s TechMaster had figured out. She was proud to be part of this weyr. Lilly stayed still watching each egg. All but the Redemption Flash Egg Was moving, and moving quickly.
Lilly was watching for the Candidates, not the WeyrLeader. The large bronze, landed lightly next to her green, and made her jump. The green’s head whipped around and she hissed at the large bronze. She’d never Liked the dragon, and Lilly didn’t like his Rider either. D’mar slid off. ”Hello Lilly of Green Mirrath. Is Mirrath correct in that the eggs are hatching?” he asked. She cast him a dark look, and then nodded. ”Yes Sir. As you can see.” She was tence, and wished that a candidate would get on the sands so she had something to do. I'zon! I'zon wakey wakey!! Mirrath calls for the Candidates! The eggs are going to hatch!
[/color] the lurking Brown all but bugled into I'zon's mind as His slept peacefully. Of course, the sudden noise of the Brown caused His to jump up into the air and land on the floor with a heavy 'thud'. "Jareth . . . " Yes Mine? "You are up to early!" the Brownrider roared, quickly silent as his mind picked through what his dragon had told him. "The eggs are hatching?" he questioned, already up on his feet, moving about his weyr, looking for clean clothes.
Within moments, Jareth and I'zon was drifting down to the Hatching Sands. Luckily, the Brown was smart enough to land just outside the Sands, drop I'zon off, then return to the sky to find a ledge around the Sands. After his feet touched the ground, he started to jog across the Sands, finding Lillianna and D'mar standing near the hissing Mirrath. He knew that the Green pair were no friends of the Weyrleader, but I'zon had light respect for him at the same time. They must . . . put up with the man til a Queen was born and Rose and a new Weyrleader could be chosen.
"Greenrider Lillianna! Bronzerider D'mar!" he called, waving as he jogged up to the pair, stopping to bow to the two dragons, though his bow to Mirrath was longer than to the Bronze. "Weyrleader D'mar . . . The Candidates will be here soon, don't you think it would be wise to have Galeth join Jareth on the ledges to give the Candidates the most room?" he asked, hoping the Weyrleader would take the hint. He may be younger, and no where near the rank of Weyrleader, but as the Weyrling Master, he wasn't about to have to deal with mauled Weyrlings because they might have been to frightened of the elder Bronze to focus on the hatching. Plus, Mirrath, mother or no, did not need the mental strain of having the Bronze so close to the eggs that she guarded. That being said, he turned his attention to Lillianna. "How is she?" he questioned, glancing at Mirrath.Hearing the call of the guarding Green, Vivi seemed to be sluggish out of bed. This was still the early parts of her Candidacy. She wasn't use to these early mornings and long days, but she was proud to be apart of it. It would just take some getting use to, though if today went well, she wouldn't have to be called a Candidate anymore, but a Weyrling. That thought got her moving and she was moving faster as she pulled on her Candidate Whites and started to head toward the Hatching Sands.
Yes, she was probably the youngest Candidate Standing at the moment, but that didn't matter to her. As she walked under the archway onto the hot Sands, she lifted her head with pride. "You have called me and the others to Stand before the clutch you guard so fiercely," she spoke to Green Mirrath, bowing deeply to the Green before she actually stepped toward the clutch. "May I go before them and try my hand to Impress one?" she questioned, head still down as she waited for the Green's acceptance or denial. She could hear her goofy father trying not to cry, but she ignored him. There would be time enough later to wail on him for darling to cry over her. Much later, she smiled, trying not to laugh at the thought of playing with her father as they had when she was younger.Next to arrive was Raelet, who paused long enough at the archway to allow his bronze Sho to flutter up to the Stands and perch himself on a hand rail to watch the Hatching. The little bronze knew he wasn't to move from that spot until Raelet called him and the Candidate knew his lizard would listen. Seeing another Candidate had arrived before him, he moved forward and stood beside her, following in her footsteps. He bowed before the Green, though not as low, but not out of disrespect. Vivizon was a lot shorter than he and she could get down lower, that was all. "I would also like to Stand before this clutch you guard, Green Mirrath and wish to try and Impress one," he stated, head still bowed, his hand over his left pec.I'zon noticed the way Raelet stood and leaned toward D'mar. "Sir . . . The Candidate Raelet, does he strike you as having had training? He stands like a Rider, does he not?" he questioned, raking his brain to remember where it was said Raelet came from. "Was his parents not the Green and Bronze Riders that went missing on patrol?" he questioned, a sad look crossing his face as he spoke with the Weyrleader.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Shyory had been in the middle of brushing her wild hair into a passable appearance; she’d woken up early because she hadn’t been able to sleep well for the past few days. The auburn tangles stuck to her reddened cheeks, clinging to her skin like thin cobwebs; she was of a sort that had a passable care for her appearance, though not so much as a few of her friends back at the Hold had. Skimming her fingers through her hair and catching any tangles, the girl sucked in her lower lip and yanked when her finger caught a knot. Though the sting had gone just as quickly as it had come, it had been enough to cause the girl to rub her head. There was a loud bugle and a humming sound; first, there was one, then another and another until the whole air seemed filled to burst with the sound. The call that the eggs were hatching was enough for her to drop her brush, get up and scour around for her candidate robe. Yanking the attire on and straightening her hair as best she could, she scrambled out of her room and quickly followed behind two other candidates.
Certainly, she felt the excitement crackle in the air from the others, yet she tried to keep her face into a calm expression. It would not do for her to catch the exhilaration that thrummed the air, though she felt her heartbeat quicken against her chest and her head lighten from it and could not help but allow a smile to hover upon her lips. The eggs on the sands were rocking, some more than others while another sat still in its spot. As the eggs rocked, the dragons around them, the array of colors that surrounded the hatching sands, continued to hum. With a soft sigh, she picked up her pace to catch up to the other female candidate. The heat from the sands alone was more than unbearable and the heat from the crowd around her added to the scorching heat, yet she merely wiggled her toes in defiance to the heated sands. Having finally made it beside the other female, Shyory saw the rider of the green dragon hovering over the eggs, and slid her gaze to the petite, yet regal green. She had little knowledge of what she had to do at the hatching sands, but, casting her gaze on the girl beside her, she cast her gaze down to the sands for that span of a second, bowed and lifted her eyes up slowly. There should have been fright curling inside her, but instead she felt the palpating beat of thrill grip her heart and for a moment, she calmed her breath before readying herself to speak. “As do I.” She doubted that she had to repeat herself, but she kept her head down, her eyes glittering with a fierce anticipation that rarely surfaced for the girl.
*****
C’ran had found himself spending a lot of time at the dining hall, if only to collect his thoughts and straighten them out before he did anything. Olariath, not one to complain, had followed his rider down if only to warm himself under the warm rays. The bronze partially opened his wings, allowing the warm sun to sketch over the lighter bronze that followed the fingers of his large wings. This time around, the rider had not taken a drink and merely sat there, leaned back against the chair and with his eyes cast quietly on the empty chair in front of him. A disgruntled look cast over his expression; the place was quiet, as it always was in the morning and for a moment he seemed displeased that he’d woken up this early in the morning. It was during this time that the bugle cut through his thoughts, stirred Olariath from his reverie and caused the both of them to snap their heads up. Olariath spread his wings open, lifted himself up onto his feet and gazed toward the hatching sands, his eyes a whirl of excitement. The eggs are hatching, C’ran. The bronze's voice called to his rider in a tone that was unusual for the dragon. My thanks, Olariath. I’ll be there in a second. Already out of the door, the bronzerider clambered onto Olariath and with a quick flick of his wings, the bronze took off.
The bronze flew just behind the brown, bugling a greeting to the other dragon. Wings spread wide, he circled down to the ground and landed, his back legs kicking forward before his front legs touched the ground as well. His wings still spread wide open he lowered his head and allowed C’ran to dismount before taking to the air once more. Olariath placed himself next to Jareth, quickly snapping his wings closed against his sides and looked down at the sands, his tail swishing lazily. While his dragon had found a spot to perch on, C’ran gave a bow of acknowledgement to the Weyrleader before taking his spot; for now, he had nothing to do with the Candidates and the future Weyrlings until they were old enough to fly in one of the Wings. The Wingsecond settled himself in the stands, crossing his arms loosely over his chest. With only three candidates on the sands, he quirked his left brow up and darted his eyes to the archway in hopes of spying a few more candidates scrambling towards the hatching sands.

Lilly Turned as the new brown landed. Jareth. She nodded, thankful for the Weyrling Master’s presence besides the Weyrleader D’mar. D’mar gave the man a long look, and nodded to Galeth to get the dragon to rise. The bronze quickly rose with a last hiss from Mirrath, her eyes fading from their dark deadly red, to a green, as she turned her head back to the eggs. Mirrath again turned to humming, her voice even. Lilly glanced at I’zon. ”As well as can be expected. She doesn’t much like Any dragons near the eggs.” she said watching the large green. I am fine Mine. came the dragons soft voice. She nodded to the green. The light green hummed softly as two candidates asked her if they could impress. Go Candidates. You were brought here for the eggs. came her stern reply to the boy and girl. Lilly moved forward quickly. ”All candidates stand in a semi-circle, here.” she ordered pointing out where they were to stand. Just then two more candidates burst out of the doorway. The harper candidate, and the healer candidate. They both were quite excited, though the blond had an odd look in her face. Lilly waved them forward positioning them, as she did to all the candidates. She knew there were more to come and they’d be there soon. Or they had better be. D’mar nodded. ”He is.” was his simple retort. As the next bronze came in Mirrath lifted her head to watch him. Good he wasn’t going to try for the sands. She was agitaited as her weaving head showed but her humming continued. Just then the largest egg decided to jump. Her head snaked closer, eyes whirling in a mix of green pride, and yellow worry. Her rider touched her, but she was intent on the egg. Good Soil Egg sprang up again, then shattered on the way down, inside was a black dragon. Black? the green dragon cried. Lilly looked at the large black dragon, who shook herself. The Good Soil Egg Hatchling looked around searching for her rider, but she waited, her eyes looking up at the great green above her, she nodded her head, as if understanding who this green was. Then she padded forward. She was huge. Almost as large as a small green already. Her movements were smooth and clear, even at a young age. She moved towards one of the female candidates, and stopped before Vivi. I am Harpeth, you are Mine. she said, the first to Impression, and more would follow. Occ// Alright… That’s the only impresson for today. More tomorrow ;D

Good Soil Egg
Name: Harpeth Weyrling’s Name: Vivizon Birthdate: Early Spring 2665 Color: Black Hex Code: 171717 Description: Harpeth is the largest dragon of her clutch. She is also one of the most elegant of them all. She has no color, but her own black. Every part of her is well shaped, and well formed. She is the envy of all who see her. She is the only dragon of this clutch who will take 18 months to fly. Her body is large, though every part of her is, and she isn’t the fastest at Telekenisis, though her telepathy is very powerful. There is a bit of gray on her head, as if she was sapposed to be white… but isn’t. When she does fly, she is fast. She can rise to very great hights, and maybe even to outer space. Though no one’s sure about that. She’s elegant in everyway, even her words are to not make anyone angry. Personality: She is calm. One of the calmest of her clutch. She doesn’t care for excitement, except when she rises, and when Thread is in the sky. She’s a scholar like her brother Rarkth, and often can be found with her Rider reading. She has a long attention span, and it’s unsure weather it’s because of her… mutation, or not. She’s always willing to chat with someone, as long as it’s to learn something, and she’s hardly every angry. The black dragon is quite willing to talk to anyone. She personally has no trouble with a red, or a gold. They all are her family. She’s quite willing to give to anyone, but her rider is hers and no one else can have her rider!

Mina had gotten use to the Weyr, but it didn't mean too much. She was most defiantly cold more often then usual, but she did not complain. Her eyes wandered around as she looked at the Weyr with a slight smile. There was no doubt in her mind that she was happier here then she had been anywhere. Her eyes looked around once more until she heard the Green's voice in her mind. The eggs were hatching, and perhaps her lifelong mate shall be there. She wanted to be whole, not a half of herself.
She smiled as she stood up from where she sat and rushed to the hatching grounds. Upon arriving she noticed the black hatchling right away. A black? How interesting. She looked at the person who had just impressed and smiled a slight congradulations since after all the girl was officially the first black rider.
She looked at the other eggs in question, wondering if this would be her time to impress? Sighing she couldn't help but silently pray. She looked at Lilliana and her Green with a smile as in thank you for saving her from Benden.

The light green watched the black hatchling, then turned her attention to the next two candidates, and watched them. Then Mina. Ah you have arrived Candidate Mina. Here. Before my rider gets overwhelmed. Stand here.” said the large green. She was extreamly proud. They weren’t her own, but she’d always see all of these dragon’s as her own hatchlings. Her hum rose in volume as she watched the Becoming Light Egg start to rock harder. The Broken Dreams Egg suddenly exploded. Only one leg was showing. A dark blue, and it was moving about looking for a place to go.
Then the Becoming Light Egg split. No excitement at all. Wiggling in the sand was a small white dragon her body just a little off, with large horns, and her eyes were whirling with yellow worry. Mirrath’s head came around to nudge her lightly, and the dragon hatchling, flipped from off her back and onto her four feet. She snorted, shaking her head, as she turned she accidentally knocked into two people, and then stopped looking around. Then she caught site of hers, and bounded forward, jumping up on Keltia, her voice calm. I am Fayth. I am Yours. Now I want food. and that would be the one demand the little white would ever again make in her life. She hooted softly, looking around. The great green above her caught her attention and she looked up bobbing her head then realized something. Her claws were in her rider’s shoulders. MINE! I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to! I’m soooooooo Sorry! she cried. She jumped off and started to nuzzle her rider.
”And she’s white. A white and a black have hatched. Well I have NO idea what this means for this clutch.” said the Green rider. D’mar humfed. ”It seems we have a new problem on our hands.” he grumpled. Lilly turned on him. ”Get behind the wall. I have more authority here on the sands. Get off of them. Only the Weyrling Master can stay on the sands.” she snapped at him. He glared at her, but she didn’t care. Mirrath would make sure she’d stay on the sands. And she was right. D’mar left quickly, for him. Lilly sighed. ”Thank the first shard.” she grumbled as the Green’s head came around to look at her. ”I’m fine, Watch the Hatching My love.” she said to the large green.
It was then that the lightly shaking Freedom Will Come Egg Exploded, shards going everywhere, hitting candidates. It was a large silver dragon. He shook his head and chirped, as he flopped over on the Cloud egg. A crunch could be heard, but the egg itself kept rocking. He squirmed off of it, and stopped to stair at it, watching it, instead of looking for His.
Lokin flinched when the egg exploded, though she’d managed to miss the shards of egg this time. She did get wacked though, and her leg was going to have a dreadful bruse for a while.

Becoming Light Egg
Name: Fayth Weyrling’s Name: Keltia Birthdate: Early Spring 2656 Color: White Hex Code: F4F4F4 Description: Fayth is a long female dragon. Her build is streatched and twisted slightly. Her spin arches up higher than normal, and her legs are off center. She’ll never gain a whole lot of weight, though she’ll always be beautiful. Her color is solid, and doesn’t change hardly ever. Her horns are very long, as are her wings, both perfectly formed. It’s almost as if this white dragon was squished into her egg, and as she tried to streach, her body twisted. Some how that comes off as beautiful. There is a slight possibility that she can lay a Queen egg, but that is unknown. Her coat isn’t just white, it’s got some darker, light gray patterns almost like swirls on her wings, her tail’s tips end it a dark gray, and the very tip of her horns end in the same dark gray. Personality: Fayth is a sweet dragon. Her need to please other’s is almost on the level of obsession. She hates to get in anyone’s way, she hates to get in anyones face. She will take punishment from anyone if she thinks she’s done something wrong. She could be considered a coward, except that she isn’t. Once you get past her meek ‘weakling’ exterior, is a dragon who will never leave your side. She has a huge heart, and loves everyone. She is very wise, and only those who know her well will understand this. But she’s easy to make friends with and will listen to all of your problems. Her rider will have to be careful of her feelings though, because they are easily hurt.

Xilen had gotten the message late after he'd been scrubbing the floors in the lower caverns and went running to the hatchings sands. He was dressed in brown tattered pants and a white long sleeve tunic when he stood at the edge of what seemed like candidates. The one scene to grab his attention was of the white egg hatching and he looked onward a little worried that he'd missed everything. While he was very interested in getting a dragon as a way out of the life of a drudge and it didn't matter what color. A boy that stood on the edge not really knowing how to do anything and was quiet watching a few other impress
He had hoped that one of that clutch might seek him out after his mother had told him that his birth father was a unknown brown rider. Xilen wanted the dragon blood to be strong in him and to call out to a dragon. The candidate just kept thinking chosen me and pick me in his head while he kept looking on. While he dreaded of watching others impress and never getting the chance of finding his one true half of his soul. "Come on," whispered Xilen as he ran a hand through his hair and was very nervous.

To say the least, Vivi was shocked as she heard the soothing mental voice of the Black dragonet before her. She had Impressed . . . the first dragonet out of the clutch . . . . And a Black. She was speechless, literally standing there staring at the dragonet with disbelieving eyes. Speak little one. No one that has Impressed one such as I should be struck dumb, Harpeth spoke, actually giving Vivi a small shove to get her moving. And her shoving worked, as Vivi snapped out of her stupor and moved toward her Black dragonet. Beside her, she heard a Candidate state someone's name was Fayth, which caused her to shake her head.
"She is called Harpeth," she said, loud enough to be heard by at least the Candidate Master. "And she is mine," she whispered, stepping forward and reaching out to her dragonet. And she is hungry,
[/color] Harpeth whispered, trying not to hurt Hers again. That being said, the two of them turned and moved off the Sands, allowing other candidates to take their place. One such Candidate was Raelet, who followed Vivi's and Harpeth's forms off the Sands, along with Keltia and her White Fayth. The first two Candidates to Impress and it was to two of the newer colors. He couldn't help but grin and nod his head like an idiot. The Hatching was just getting started and he wondered if this was the one for him. With the little word play between the Weyrleader and the Candidate Master, I'zon simply moved a little, placing himself between Lillianna and D'mar. No matter what, he wasn't about to stand for D'mar raising his hand to a woman, though he didn't think the Weyrleader had it in him to do something so disrespectful. However, he didn't put much past anyone when they were upset. Yet, as the Weyrleader seemed to take the order from the candidate Master and moved away, I'zon could barely stop the grin that threatened to break out.
"Are you sure your Mirrath is a Green and isn't a Gold that was naughty and rolled in the grass for too long?" he leaned over and whispered to the woman, looking up just in time to see that his daughter had made the first Impression. He was like his daughter and speechless. Our little one is growing up, Jareth stated, humming as he watched His' offspring Impression a Black. It was a wonderful match, but Turns would tell how the two of them worked together.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

The dark haired woman, stayed put. She was not going to interfere. She hoped the new queen… queens? Mirrath was sure there were two queen eggs on the sands. She never understood Mirrath, either way she hoped the new gold would rise and make SURE Galeth didn’t catch her. They needed a new Weyrleader. She blinked at the young white. She wasn’t huge, but she seemed… sweet. Her jumping on her rider then getting off and nuzzling her was adorable.
Lilly chuckled softly. ”Mirrath isn’t usually this intence. She’s claimed all the eggs as hers, even if they aren’t, and She’s more focused than usual. She’s no gold.” she said with a chuckle. The big green cooed, as the little Freedom Will Come Hatchling suddenly turned, his attention OFF the rocking Cloud Egg. He turned tail, his large body noting the other candidates. Then he moved forward knocking into another candidate, this one a boy in green. Healer green. Xilan. The boy was a healer, but he kept moving until he found his. A girl. Kalesa! He nudged her. I am Beglonth. You are mine. We will go and get food now. Come. he said, turning, looking for food now.
Mirrath cooed again, and the silver’s head rose again nodding to her. They all seemed to realize their mother’s weren’t here, but she’d been willing to take that place. It was then that the Dancing Near DangerEgg hatched, another minor explotion, as a brown took the stage of interest. The light green watched again, her rider caught up in the pride from her dragon.
The little brown made a bee line for Xilen. He circled the boy, his tail whipping behind him, and wacking into the boy. Hi! I’m Rarkth! Your mine. Can we find food now? Please? asked the dragon, his voice calm, but needing. He was a pretty, with light colors. He cooed, another look up at the green and a nod. Mirrath seemed to inflate a bit at that. ”Mir.” the single word brought the dragon back to the earth, but just bairly.
It was then that the Broken Dreams Egg finally cracked and the leg that until now had been flailing around was now attatched to a mightnight blue dragon. He cooed, his head raised to the green again, but instead of nodding he flapped his wings hard, and charged at his own. Mina. Mine. I am Nimnarth. Can we get food now? I mean right now. Please? Mirrath laughed softly, an odd chuckling sound. The dragon watched with some happiness. Tornado Egg did hatch at this point, and beautiful Bronze dragon stood there, his eyed whirling. He didn’t feel like moving obviously entranced by the other three eggs. The sun rose over the bowl, shinging in on the beautiful dragons. It was then the Cloud egg chose to hatch. With a silent split of the egg, two Golds stood there. One was large, with many golds in her hide, her eyes were….. human like. Green, with a black pupil. The smaller of the two had a gray eye with a pupil. The stood surveying the group, their eyes searching but in no hurry. Redepmtion Flash Egg Also hatched, and there stood a small red dragon, his hide clear. His egg had exploded, but it was so small it hadn’t mattered. He looked around, but was distracted by the shining Golds.
The final egg to hatch was the Wild Dance Egg And a very very large Green stood there. Her hide a pale green, she stood out. She looked up at her fellow green, and chirped. Which made the other four look up at her. The bronze actually bowed, and the two golds lowered their heads for a second.
Lilly’s eyes got huge when the twin golds hatched. Would they chose one person? Two? What did this mean? Good Luck either way. Don’t worry my dear, all will end up well. And look they know me!

Freedom Will Come Egg
Name: Beglonth Weyrling’s Name: Kalesa Birthdate: Early Spring 2656 Color: Silver Hex Code: C9C9C9 Description: Beglonth is a large Silver. His huge head, and body make him seem larger than he actually is. He is not the most graceful of dragons. His long limbs and neck tend to get in his way, even as an adult. He’s about the size of the largest brown (Which are still up to the size of the benden dragons of Avivus’ time). His color is pure and makes him as flashy as any Queen or Bronze, with a fading of his deep silver at the top to a whitish silver at the bottom. The only place he’s not clumsy is in the sky. He’s as graceful as any green, and has the stamina to stay with a queen if need be. Though his preferences run towards blacks, and silvers. Personality: He’s chivalrous, and quite proud. He’s arrogant, though that’s only because of his color. He can be easily humbled by any Queen, or his rider if need be. He’s smart, one of the smartest dragons in the clutch and tends to get in trouble because of it. He can back talk easily and leave many confused. Only the smartest of dragons and Riders will ever be able to keep up with Beglonth. Beglonth tends to like females more. He has no trouble with talking to everyone and everything about anything. He loves to chatter, and can often be found talking to the wherlings about nonsence things, not even sure they can speak back. He will probably drive most people crazy with his words.
Dancing Near Danger Egg
Name: Rarkth Weyrling’s Name: Xilen Birthdate: Early Spring 2656 Color: Brown Hex Code: FFE7BA Description: Rakth is a small brown. His color is a very very light brown with darker bits around the tail, horns, eyes, and legs, and he’s very feminine. He seems almost to light. He’s as small as a large green, and tends to be very quiet. He is slight, and quick in the air. His movements are swift, and he’s as fast and has as much agility as any green or red. He prefers a good nap, to exercise any day, and his rider will have to keep him moving. He’s lanky when not gaining weight, and will sadly never be able to catch a queen, but the greens, and small silver’s are up for grabs with this speed king. Only a fast green or red will ever be able to out fly him. Personality: Food, and oddly enough reading are things he enjoys, and can be found doing. (though reading with the help of his rider) He’s quite meek, and perfectly willing to go along with everyone else. He does throw tempertrantrums, and all in all, acts like a teen aged girl. He is flighty, and even if he does like a particular female dragon, he’ll have trouble showing it, or even mentioning it to his rider. Or anyone else. Only his rider will really understand him, and even that’s iffy. He does like talking to other dragons, though no other human besides his rider.
Broken Dreams Egg
Name: Nimnarth Weyrling’s Name: Mina Birthdate: Early Spring 2656 Color: Midnight Blue Hex Code: 191970 Description: Nimnarth is sleak, and has a slightly metallic sheen to him. His build is lith, but built like a normal dragon. He is of medium size. The only thing odd about him is how small his horns and wings are. Though that doesn’t take away from his over all looks. He’s one of the flashiest blues, with the almost steely sheen. His movements are normal, and pretty much he’s one of your normal blue dragons, at least in looks. Nothing exciting about him. He’d have to try hard to catch a green, but it’s possible. He’s got amazing Telekinetic powers, and can move things with relative ease. Personality: Nimnarth is a hyper dragon. Always moving, bouncing, flying, talking, whatever. He only calms down in his sleep, and even then he’s still twitching. He’s energetic and quite happy to do anything you ask. He’s playful, and always will be. He’s excited at all times, and seems to enjoy everything about himself. He’s not the smartest dragon, and tends to have a very short attention span, but he’s still a good dragon, who you’ve just got to keep track of. He is proud, but only of being a dragon, and one of the original colors. He’s willing at all times to chat with people of any kind.

Seeing that several of the eggs had hatched and Impressed, I'zon whispered his goodbyes to the Greenrider and moved over to an archway that he had claimed for the new Weyrlings. "Over here, Weyrlings! Come feed your new lifemates over here!" he called, glad that he had already prepared buckets of meat and jars of oil for the new dragonets. So far, the Impressed list was pretty short, but it didn't seem that it mattered. His daughter was among those who had Impressed, which meant he would have to be careful not to show favoritism with her.
Hearing her father calling out to the new Weyrlings, Vivi turned to Harpeth and grinned. "The Weyrling Master is my father . . . He has the food that you want," she stated, grinning, though wondering why her Black was giving her a strange look. What is a 'father'? Harpeth questioned, causing Vivi to grin. "He's my sire," she stated, suddenly kind of sad due to her dragonet having no father on the Sands with her. I'm not sad . . . Just curious, the Black stated.
Hearing that her dragonet wasn't upset, Vivi turned toward her father and waved her dragonet toward him. "She is Harepth," Vivi stated again as she stood before her father.
Watching as his daughter and her Black moved toward them, I'zon went to one knee before the two females and couldn't stop smiling. "Yes . . . She is so beautiful," he whispered, gazing upon the Black as she stood beside his daughter.

Xilen stood on the edge as a red egg with black streaks through it hatched to reveal a brown dragnet that came to him. He looked wide eyed looking around to see that he came for him then a voice in his head that said, "I'm Rarkth[/FFE7BA]". The young man just melted down on two knees and looked into the brown's eyes then they became together forever. He took his dragonet over to the man waiting with food and went to get some meat to feed his dragon. He was just happy to impress his little brown wasn't huge yet was pleased that one had found him worthy.
The brown dragons we're great they had to be the most reliable of all dragons and we're the middle man. He could already see them flying through the skys and maybe taking on thread on day. Xilen started to walk taller with this new event in his life and now would not have common life. His life would be full of adventure and his dragon would maybe one day fly after a red or white dragon in flight. A new life awaited him and couldn't wait to spend it with his new best friend.

The large green hatchling moved forward, her eyes on the blond harper. This wasn’t hers, but Her’s was near the girl, and she didn’t LIKE the girl, the girl was small, short, small, and terrified. She’d hurt this one and find Her’s. Her eyes were a deep red. But just as the large green got close to the blond, two roars stopped her cold. Suddenly on either side of here were to large golds. The twins from the Cloud Egg. Get away from OURS! cried the smaller of the two. Drab almost, but she’d commanded the green. Leave now. Before I rip your head from your neck. hissed the larger of the two, her many golds shimmering as she prowled forward. Her movements of a pure hunter. I am Athenath And I am Dianath And we are your dragons. they said in unison, some of their twinness coming out. They spoke to Lokin and Lokin alone, they’d decided as soon as they’d both seen her, to protect her, and be HERS, and to do it together.
The Redemption Flash Hatchling moved forward, his red body finally zooming in on his rider. He twintched slightly his tail whipping about, catching another person’s legs. He looked her up and down and nodded. Shyory was his. I am Marlinth, you are Shyory. You are mine. Now we will go find food and leave the golds and green alone. Come. Now. he said turning and padding away. He obviously expected her to follow. He headed straight for the weyrling master. He looked the man up and down, his small size obviously not making him any less brave. There will be food right? he asked the man with contempt, he was hungry NOW. This was all before the queens impressed, but after the green.
Before they’d impressed the harper, the green had already slunk off to her rider. A black boy. She growled in his face, but it was more playful. I am Garnath, You are Mine. Now lets go find food with that silly Man with the big brown. she told Raelet. Come on R’let. I’m hungry. she said turning tail, and following the little red. How dare you get in front of me pip-squeek she snapped at him as she half bit at him. His reaction was to turn and raise a claw. Leave me alone green. I don’t want to fight you.
Just then the smaller of the two golds barreled over the green, her claws dug into the greens shoulder. Stop it now. You will NEVER attack another of your clutch unless I, my sister, our rider, or your own give the order! Ever again! snapped Athenath, as she lifted off the smaller green. There was a pinprick of icore, coming off the large green dragon hatchling. Athenath had commanded the green, and the green would do as told. Athenath glared at her, her eyes a deep black, before she turned back to her rider, who was stairing at her in horror. She needed to be taught a lesson. She will not attack anyone without express permission. the stately gold growled, before she nuzzled her rider. Come now sister, Mine, we must feed. Already I can tell we are going to have to keep discord between our siblings, and we must go eat to do so. said the larger of the twins, just walking past the weyrling master, but not before she bowed her head to him, noticing him. Lokin stuttered. She was whole again.. but Athenath had…. Attacked the green, and the green and red had almost been at it. Lokin was confused. Two dragons at once? Didn’t they kill one another? Why?
Mirrath watched, unable to intervene. The smaller gold was in power. She’d felt the Command she’d given to the green dragon. The gold knew what she was doing from the egg. This was a powerful gold. Though Dianath wasn’t as powerful. At least not yet. Athenath looked at Mirrath, and the green looked down. No Other Dragons will Hatch today. The rest of the eggs will be dealt with in time.” called the large green, watching the little dragon’s file out. I don’t want to do that again Lilly! cried the green in her rider’s head. ”Sh. It’s ok. Shhhhh.” said her rider as she reached over and hugged the light green, who’s eyes were shut. Both Dragon and Rider were stressed.
The Tornado Egg chose before all of this. His bronze body moving easily to his. Hello. I am With. Lets go get food Mine. He said to Tanther, his grin on his face. Occ// Wow long post. WELL the hatching is over with those four impressing! Finish up here and find out what I'zon's got for you all. *Talking to myself as well* *grin*
