Inbetween the hatchings the large pale green had started to glow. Brighten. Lilly had silently resented this, but refused to show it in anyway. The Green had been flirting with everyone, including Galeth, though that was the least. She was more interested in the browns, and nicer bronzes. Which was quite obvious by her movements towards them. She and her rider had been in their weyr above the Sands. Lilly was in the middle of a book when suddenly and silently the great green dragon rose, her color brilliant. It was just at sunset, with the pale green rose, her color pure and beautiful. Her rider was caught up in the sudden lust, and put the book down,, closing her eyes. Mirrath. it was a single word. Now that it was happening she wouldn’t dare stop her dragon, Mirrath needed this though she’d never say it. Mirrath needed something besides the eggs, and found that her own rider needed it as well, though again, she’d never say it.
Mirrath was high in the sky, when suddenly she bugled. Come! her voice was strong as she called down to the browns, blues, and bronzes below her. The first in the air was none other than Galeth. She didn’t seem to care as she rose higher, daring the largest bronze to chase after her. Though the experienced Green wouldn’t dare let the large cruel bronze catch her. She wouldn’t subject her Rider to the mercies of D’mar. He was a good leader, but only if you expected hi m to be harsh. No one liked him. Respected? Yes, liked? No. Galeth cried out as he rose to catch her. Below D’mar manged to keep control of his anger, and desire long enough to get to Lilly’s Weyr where he stood panting. He was deeply bonded with his dragon at this moment. Lilly was actually sitting ina chair near her window, and breathing deeply, but it was a calm deep breathing. The great Green was giving the large bronze a chase, waiting for the other colors to rise after her, and give her a real workout. She bugled again, calling down to the dragons, her lust almost palpable in the air around her. Occ// Alright people. We can go far, but once we start undressing or catch Mirrath we must fade to black. Also, ALL males can rise after her, though i doubt the little reds, silvers, browns, and bronzes of the new clutch can catch the large green. So it's up to the three main boys to try for her. Good Luck to All riders, and may the best dragon win. *smirk*

She rises. Kaith muttered as he watched the bronze rush after Mirrath. Her voice made him push off the ground as he pounded his wings after her. T'lar looked at his dragon and shook his head slightly. Of course the flirty blue would go after a rising Green, but he did not argue too much. Kaith wanted to fly after her, then he may. T'lar felt the lust pulse through him, but he did not dare go look for Mirrath's rider.
Kaith rose high into the sky with her, but did not push himself too fast. He wished to save his energy since after all right now his only competitor was a Bronze who could out last him if he pushed his energy out to fast. The large blue spread his light sky blue wings wide as he watched the Green with pure interest and of course the need to catch her.

It’d been a quiet morning for C’ran. He’d dressed himself into his usual simple attire of a white shirt and trousers topped with a plain wherry belt, though he didn’t seem to bother with his messy hair. It was when he’d been ready to slip out of his weyr that Olariath’s once easy-going manner grew attentive and sharp. The bronze lifted his head, his eyes a whirling color of anticipation. The roar from the rising green stilled the rider’s hands and caused him to lift his head and stare at his bronze. C’ran. Mirrath rises. There was nothing eloquent on how the bronze had said; it was a statement that said more than it led on. C’ran turned just in time to watch his bronze surge up and into the sky, heading straight towards the three figures that had already taken to the skies. Of course, he’d never make it to Lilly’s weyr in the state that he was in now. With a low, deep inhale, the bronzerider stood watching as Olariath’s dark form mingled with the other two males. He knew his main competition was Galeth, the other bronze who would surely use his stamina to his advantage. The blue, though they weren’t known for their resilience, would be watched with one eye. Olariath did not rush himself, but instead preserved his energy by hanging in the back, watching her movements with narrowed eyes. He let out a low rumble from deep within his throat, beating his large wings as he closed the distance between himself and the blue until he was just below the blue, giving himself a clear view of the green.

The green bugled again as the second bronze, and the blue followed Galeth. She liked the second bronze, and of course the flirty blue. She opened her wings fully and angled her body up. The wings caught the wind, and dragged her back, forcing Galeth to over shoot her. She then dived down, pulsing now with desire.
Down below D’mar growled with rage, his eyes a mix of purple, and red, though he did not get close to Lilly, who’s own green eyes were a very light purple, daring anyone to come. ”Don’t leave me with D’mar.” she murmured, hoping that she wouldn’t be alone for to long. Luckly D'mar didn't hear it, he was to lost in the rage of hid dragon how DARE that green try that move with him! She would pay for that.
Above them, the light green turned into the wind her quick speed catching it, and she used it to move faster, and into the dieing sun. She roared again, daring the lighter of the three to try for her. Galeth had at this point turned, but he was to far back to catch her right away. She was to quick for that. She’d let who SHE wanted catch her, and damn anyone else who tried for her. She was Mirrath and she would have the best, at least for tonight.

With the Weyrlings moving about the Weyr, I'zon had been more focused on his duties as Weyrling Master than on his dragon, though he hated to admit it. Yet, as he had a rare moment of peace, sitting in his weyr, Jareth not far from him, curled up asleep, he found himself unable to move toward the massive Brown and lean against him. He was just so tired. Mirrath Rises, I'zon got, before noticing that his Brown was no longer in the weyr, but already in the sky, after the Green. The Weyrling Master was on his feet within a matter of moments, already moving to the ledge of the weyr.
From his height, I'zon found no one in the Bowl below, which meant that Lillianna must have stayed in her weyr. You have many other . . . younger . . . suitors to give chase, beautiful Mirrath, he heard his Brown bugle, having enough time to look up and see the Brown join the growing group that chased after the Green. Quickly, he made his way up, toward Lillianna's weyr.
Reaching the Greenrider's weyr, doing his best to not double over in short breaths, I'zon entered without being bid to enter. Galeth was in the sky, which carried that D'mar might already be in Lillianna's weyr. Dragonlust or not, I'zon was not about to leave the Candidate Master with the current Weyrleader. As he thought, as he stumbled into the common area of her weyr, he found Lillianna sitting in a chair, with D'mar closer to him. Without saying a word to the Weyrleader, he slipped around him, moving himself between the Greenrider and the Bronzerider. There wasn't enough energy in his body to form words, just the purple and red haze that danced in his gaze, ready to defend Lillianna, even if his dragon lost this Flight.
In the sky, Jareth finally caught up with the group as Mirrath flared out her wings, pulling her away from the older Bronze. He sung her praises, while keeping himself shortly behind her, her ever faithful shadow. He may be a simply Brown, in a Flight with two Bronzes and a Blue, but he would prove that he was more than capable of giving chase to a Rising female.

Lilly saw I’zon. She liked the Weyrling Master. He was polite. Just then Mirrath told her that there were Two bronzes and the brown in the air as well. Mirrath felt important. She was a rising Green, big enough to give any male a good chase. She had the edurance that almost matched a small queen, and the acrobatics of a normal green. Lilly stood up to greet I’zon more with a smile, and so that if D’mar, who was obviously Agitated at the thought that there could be others, did anything she could move.
A young green noted the new rider who had just arrived. The emotions in the Weyr/Hold were strong, but he was well disaplined. ”Sir, Up there. Rider Lilliana Is up there.” he called to the new bronze rider, who’s dragon had just launched himself into the air. Xilan was smart, all to smart. He watched the man, then turned again to controlling himself. Those dragons may get hurt.
Above Galeth was left behind, he’d lost to much speed trying to turn. He wouldn’t stop trying, but he was out of the race, unless Mirrath didn’t chose until he got close. He roared his anger at the other bronzes, and the brown as he followed. Then again the large green spun towards Galeth, not seeing him, and trying to wheel back, but he’d brushed by her. With out thinking her claws scrabbled at his back, getting a painful roar. Mirrath shreaked and closed her wings, diving down, forcing Galeth to again slow down.
When the brown joined the chase she turned her head to see him. Ah. She bugled, the brush with the largest bronze already forgotten, her eyes fading to purple. Who would she let catch her? She was experienced enough to be able to chose her suitor, unlike a new queen. She wavered carefully in front of the two bronzes, the brown and the blue. (Galeth was officially to far back to be a contender for this fem. She moved with exaggerated movements, each one ‘slow’ though they carried her forward in front of the males. Then she chose, though she didn’t let any of them know which.
Below D’mar growled, his eyes locked on Lilly, but she was not paying attention her green eyes, were whirling with purple. D'mar was obviously angry, though he was in control enough to keep hismelf from moving. The Rider was weaving slightly, as if she was deeply bonded with her dragon which she was. The great bronze now way back was bleeding, but didn't notice.

As Kaith was joined by other dragons, he did not let that bother him much. Just as long as Bronze Galeth did not catch the gorgeous green. His eyes watched her as she manuvered her moves were like dance movements. He let his own voice sing his praises to her as he waited for her next move. His eyes flickered back as he noticed that Bronze Galeth was out, Kaith pounded his wings to move a bit faster.
T'lar's eyes watched the Green's rise from the ground. He knew of no one else around him and perhaps that was more the best in case he lost. He much rather not be some hot tempered lust filled rider who had just lost in front of everyone. That was when bad mistakes would happen.
His eyes flickered around to just be sure no one else was around him at least no one that was participating in the flight. After being reassured again he looked back up to the sky still feeling in one with his Blue. Had the Green made her choice yet? After all the very much hated Bronze was out of the race.

Mirrath had chosen the Brown Jareth, and she sent a trentle of thought out to him, telling him so. But now he was going to have to outfly the others. The big green dived, her wings snapped up tight against her back, as the waves of the water below her raced towards her. It seemed she was going to fall into the water, but at the last second she slapped her wings open and the air lifted her up past her suitors, and she started to flap her wings up high into the sky. Come! she called, this time only to Jareth. She could claim which ever she wanted, and while the bronzes were impressive, she wanted a brown, in particular Jareth. She knew the sun had set, as the sky darkened, and the stars flitted awake, making the water below her sparkle.
With a quick flip of her wings she had now turned back towards the western continent, and she leveled out, daring the brown to catch her, though she was ready to doge any of the others if need be.

The soft thought sent out from the Rising Green caused Jareth to let loose a thundering bugle, loud enough to shake the very ground His stood on. It seemed that with the knowledge that he had been chosen above the others pushed him on, him pumping his wings to catch up to the Green, who seemed to enjoy teasing the others. Diving a bit, getting out of the throng of males that chased after what was his, Jareth came up below Mirranth, wing tip brushing along her belly, as he banked left, gliding along beside her.
You called . . . and I am here, he purred, swirling orbs latching onto the Green's hide and imprinting it into his short memory, vowing never to forget how wonderful she looked in all her glory.
The second call was so much more sweet, that it seemed the Brown's mouth watered at the sound of it. That call . . . that call was for him and him alone. He actually turned for a moment, neck straining out to snap lightly at the Green's tail, as he had dropped back in his flight, positioning himself between Mirranth and the others. A soft hiss was building, as he saw the other males, as they hadn't had the sense to drop out of the Flight when the female already knew who she wanted. LEAVE! he boomed, head snapping back at the males, even the Bronzes, ready to defend what was his to the end.
Once Jareth became possessive of Mirranth, I'zon moved to Lillianna's side. "You're presences is no longer needed . . . D'mar," he hissed, Jareth's lust for his mate affecting him, even after so many Turns together and all their training. It went right out the window once Jareth had heard Mirranth's voice calling to him alone. "Get out," he growled, muscles tensed and ready to defend Lillianna if the Weyrleader thought himself better and tried to stay.

The big green was delighted when Jareth caught up to her, though she was a tad surprised at his reaction to tell (more like yell at), the other’s to leave. She touched each of the male’s minds her silent saying of ‘I’m sorry’, but then her attention was on Jareth. Leave them be Jareth. she cooed to him, leveling her flight fully as they started back inland. Would the larger brown listen to her? Hm? She hoped so. She truly did. She liked him the best. The bronzes were to big, and not as graceful. She liked the blue, but he wasn’t as impressive as Jareth. She doubted he ever would be.
D’mar who had managed to pull away from his bronze, who was coming in for a landing nodded. ”Going.” he snarled before heading out the door, and with hurried steps when to care for his dragon. You couldn’t deny that he did take amazing care of Galeth, and cared deeply for the bronze, but you never knew. Lilly touched I’zon’s shoulder, just as Mirrath spoke to Jareth. ”It’s ok I’zon.” she murmured.
