It was a beautiful summer day. Early summer so the breeze was cooling instead of blistering (which happened at times on the Western Continent). The sun was shining, though the day was going to come to an end in a few hours. As the long shadows showed. Off in the distance a red menace could be seen. The Red Star. Would it ever leave? Most likely not. The day was warm though, and the dragons moved easily, even the many brightly colored firelizards.
A few days ago one of the gold had started to glow slightly her color getting brighter and stronger. Her gray eyes had flickered from their ‘normal’ human eyes, to the more normal swirling colors of.. we.. purple. Expecialy when she saw any bronze, young or old, even Galeth, though she hated that particular bronze with a passion. The gold was currently out on the hights watching her sister who was cavorting about, in the air, twisting and turning. She was showing off, mainly to keep everyones attention on HER and off her glowing sister. More for their Rider’s sake than for either of theirs. No one would DARE harm a gold, but the rider was much easiwer to get at. Though the blond woman was getting more crafty about staying away from those she didn’t like.
Inside the Weyr Lokin was working with a group of children, mainly because D’mar had sent all rider’s with a male dragon out to do patrols, and check for thread over the Western Contient. (not that there was any. Oddly enough Darkened Weyr only gets hit about a fifth of the year). And he’d made sure the Weyrwoman couldn’t do anything. Everything was taken care of before she got there, and she felt like an idiot, so she’d turned to the children, and doing what she did best, singing and teaching. And the children seemed to understand that when D’mar came around they needed to be sure that they were paying attention to her, and not playing around. Which would have meant she’d had to deal with the Weyrleader. Which was no fun even for the children. Lokin was singing a teaching ballad when D’mar came up, and waited until she was done.
She stood up after she finished. ”Children go play. I will call you back when you need to continue your lesson. Don’t get in trouble.” she told them carefully, then turned to D’mar. ”Here to explain why all bronze and brown dragon’s aren’t around, and why you won’t let me do anything?” she snapped at him, not even going into being polite. She was in no mood for dancing around the bush. She’d picked up her dragon’s proddyness and was fed up with this particular male. ”Hm. Fisty today are we Weyrwoman? I sent them away because they need to check up on things, and you don’t need to do anything until your dragons are fully grown. I can deal with it all.” he said smoothly.
She snorted. ”Like Hell you can. And I demand you bring them back. No better yet, I’ll just ask them to come back. They all diserve a chance at Athenath. That’s why you sent them and their rider’s away. Isn’t it?” she snarled, small next to the tall but stocky man, she didn’t seem to fear him. At least not now. The children hadn’t left and they stood there watching.
”I did no such thing. I swear on my honor.” He said softly, glaring down at her, blue eyes meeting her own green. She glared up at him as she hissed. ”you have no honor. I do not see what Galeth saw in you. And if there was something It was lost when Mirnath and her’s died, leaving the Weyr with out a breeding female. Get out of my site, and you had better not be around when Athenath Ri-“ she was cut off by a bugle. The sound had the children scattering to their homes, and Lokin taking a step away from D’mar.
Athenath had had enough, and and bugled loudly, calling to all browns, bronzes, blues, and even reds and silvers to get themselves back here, drop their riders and follow her! There was no words, just powerful emotions. She was standing up now, her sister beside her. The bigger flashier gold looked small and drap compaired to the bright Athenath. And she stood watching the even larger bronze Galeth. The big Bronze currently was bigger than both Golds, but they (already the size of medium blues) were two and he was one. Dianath hissed. Athenath pulsed as she waited for the males to arrive. This would be a fair flight, no matter what Galeth and D’mar wanted.
Athenath chose that moment to dive on a bull rip it in half and attempt to eat it. Then her sister reminded her to BLOOD it first. The fem did, but didn't rise, instead she flapped her way back up next to her sister, waiting. Occ// Alright for those of you who have fully grown Male Dragons, you are NOT at the Weyr, you are on patrol/Search/ect. Weyrlings are at the weyr (no one can fly yet, well on dragon back) and they can join in. All and any males may.

The smaller gold snarled as she watched the other dragons moving. The larger caught sight of With and her eyes sparkled. They were still the normal green and black. With you will help me. she told him simply. My sister is to small to not get caught by Galeth. We and one other will need to distract the bronze. You game? she asked her voice excited. Already Dianath was a hunter. Ready for any fight, ready to fly. She caught sight of Galeth, and growled at him. Her eyes suddenly turning a whirling red. Stay away! she hissed. Her mouth opening in a hiss.
Beside her Athenath grew brighter. Watching the bronze with something akin to hatred, but it was hard to tell with her pulsing. She called again. Come! It is time to fly! Every male would be albe to hear that. Well those that were ‘her’s’ anyways. She dared them to come after her. Letting her mental feelings pulse out to them no matter where they were on the continent. She was their queen and they would respond. She had no doubt.
Inside the Weyr, Lokin glared at D’mar as he came closer. ”You don’t want to do this.” she snarled at him. He reached out to grab her, and then suddenly another hand was there. X’lan! ”No. you do not want to do this Weyrleader. Let it go.” The seventeen year old boy was brave, and smart. But he was only a boy. ”Go away child. Now. This is between me and Lady Lokin.” he snarled pushing X’len away. Lokin glared, stepping back. What was she going to do now? She was to angry to run, though he was to close for comfort, so she took another step back, and put a chair between them. ”You want to listen to the boy D’mar. I am not yours to take, nor Am I yours to claim. You won’t be weyrleader long, I wouldn’t put yourself in a posission where one may be able to take their anger out on you. Emotions are running high already, do you dare stand against the entire weyr?” she snarled, her voice sharper than his.
”You little bi-“ He tried to get closer when she pulled a knife. ”Now that isn’t needed.” She laughed, but it wasn’t a nice one. ”Try it D’mar and Galeth will go between this time with out a second thought. I swear he will.” she growled, knowing that if he really wanted to and if he was brave enough he could hurt her, and there was nothing she could do about it. Occ/// Moving it along, but really PEOPLE WAKE UP and come and post.

Athenath took the distraction of With challenging Galeth to launch into the air, her wings carring her up. She was a small dragon even now, about four months into her growth, but things needed to change now. She was going to be exhausted after this she knew. And she hoped it wouldn’t be a long flight, she doubted she’d be able to last long, with the bronzes still being bigger and stronger than her. Dianath watched galeth carefully as his head wavered between With and Athenath. You rise after her Galeth and you will be sorry. she hissed as he made to rise anyways. Suddenly she whipped her head around searching for her sister. Garnath. I’m going to need your help. With is helping as well. We must keep Galeth away from my twin. You game? And for this flighty I reliese you from the command my sister gave you. You are aloud to attack Galeth.” she asked, again the odd joy in her voice showing her excitement both at her sister’s rising and the idea that she could use her claws for more than bovines. She was larger than her green sister, but she had no doubt that the green was going to be large. Large enough to put enough mass on the bronze to keep him from catching him.
In this way the stark contrasts between the twins could be seen. Dianath was a fighter who wanted to attack, and fight. Some might have wondered if that meant their rider had two personalities. No, just a darker side that she didn’t let get out ever. Dianath represented that. Dianath could feel With’s sadness, and she sent him a quick thank you just with emotion and some confort. You’ll get to chase one of us when the time is right brother mine. she reminded him as she flapped her wings slightly.
Then Galeth took off. She roared as she followed, her wings easily catching the thermles. You will pay for this. With! Garnath! she was behind him, and she was hoping the smaller green would get there faster than her. Golds had stamina. She though for a second about calling a black, but decided against it. Just for this time.
Inside Lokin swayed as the smaller gold took off, flying high up into the sky, and D’mar took a step closer. Then Tan’er was there. X’lan got up quickly scrambling to also stand behind Lokin. Carnath took that moment to follow the gold’s into the sky, though he was trying to fight Dianath’s command that only bronzes fly. Athenath was the seinor, and had called all males. And any that weren’t directly under Dianath’s control were going to fly. Lokin glanced behind her. ”Been better.” she murmured to Tan’er. D’mar glared at them just as the large gold lifted off. ”You need to boys to help you get ride of me Weyrwoman?” he asked her softly. She let a slight smile flit onto her face. It matched the emotions of Dianath. ”Only when he’s a foot or so taller than me, bulkier and could hurt me badly, why?” With both gold’s emotions she was all to excited, and braver. Occ//Ok so my friends, because it seems our Bronzer’s aren’t arriving yet I’m going to place this particular post on hold in summer even when we change. (And if it takes to long for the bronzes to rise after her, I’ll declare the winner, and play it out). Ok? Ok good.

Hearing a distant call from Gold Dianath, Garnath couldn't help but chuckle as she heard the younger Gold release her from her older sister's order. I have been released from my bond by the Gold sisters! the Green suddenly bugled, frightening Hers to the point where the young lad fell off his bunk. "What?" R'let stated, head poking up from the other side of the bunk, seeing Garnath's tail leaving the barracks before he was up and moving out of the room. By the time he got to the archway, Garnath was in the sky, wings pumping, taking her to the sky. "GARNATH!" he called out, hands cupping his lips as he called after his Green. What has happened? he sent out, already running from the barracks, moving just to follow Garnath.
Athenath Rises and Galeth goes to catch her . . . Dianath has called for my aid to keep the Bronze from her sister. She has also lifted my resistant to not attack the old Bronze, the young, massive Green sent him, causing him to pause in his running. Turning on his heel, R'let took off for where he figured Lokin would be, knowing the Junior Weyrwoman . . . Senior Weyrwoman now . . . would need all the help she could get.
"Lokin!" he shouted, rushing into the room to find Lokin, Ta'ner, X'lan, and D'mar already had arrived. Suddenly feeling a bit out of place, seeing as his dragon was a low ranking Green among a room full of higher ranking Riders, he kind of paused for a moment, but caught himself quickly. "Dianath called Garnath . . . She is going after Galeth," he stated, hard eyes moving to D'mar. The Weyrleader wouldn't be around much longer, as he knew Athenath would never allow his Bronze to catch her . . . but what would happen with Dianath still at the Weyr? Would that cause a problem if the two sisters began to fight over the so few males? And where were the older male dragons? "Where is I'zon and the older Riders?" he asked, wondering if the young woman would know.

It was simple for the queen. She may have not been a senior queen but she had the same strength as her sister. It wasn’t know which was older, but everyone thought of Athenath as the elder. Only because she acted like an adult. Always had. Dianath trumpeted her anger as she suddenly shoved off her gold wings catching an updraft and she shot up. Garnath, With Now. With left, Garnath right. she ordered each to their spot on her wing. In her own way she’d created her own small wing. A bronze because he was the first to respond. Then she saw Carenath. She quickly ordered him to come in behind With. A distant part of her was amused that it was going to take three metalics and a green to get the large bronze out of the air. But for now she was lost in the following of her sister and the bronze after her.
Lokin glanced over at R’let, and it was D’mar’s opening. He jumped forward, but she’d seen it out of the corner of her eye and kicked out hard. A side kick to the gut was painful. D’mar fell to his knees. A second kick up on his chin dropped him to the ground. She just looked down at him, impassive. Oh later she’d be horrified, but with the mingling emotions of the angered Dianath, and the lustful Athenath she wasn’t exactly normal. She looked over at the black boy. Hello R’let. Our Former Weyrleader sent them out on patrol. All males. Because at this point in Athenath’s growth even a red could catch her. A blue or brown would have no trouble.” came the blond’s voice, anger and something else mingling in her voice. Then she touched Dianath, who was currently climbing up above the bronze, who’d dropped back when he’d felt His get kicked. ”Garnath will be helpful to Dianath. Tell her she’s not to get hurt.” she said to R’let. X’lan was trembling slightly. Carenath had never been that angry, and the usually relaxed Healer wanted to attack D’mar, and he knew he could. Lokin touched his shoulder. ”X’lan. Relax. D’mar won’t be doing much for a while. A healer doesn’t damage. They heal.” she said softly. That snapped the seventeen year old silver rider out of it. He nodded, gulping softly, and kneeling beside D’mar. ”He’s alive… Though he’s gonna wake up with a very brused jaw.” the boy managed.
Lokin nodded as Dianath climbed higher. Her usually green human eyes swirling in a deep blood red, almost black. She was out for blood, and she’d made sure she’d called someone else who could share that bloodlust, so that if either male failed, the two females wouldn’t. She waited until everyone was in place before pinpointing him. Two at a time. Garnath you and Carenath will go first. Go for his back and head. With you come with me. Go for what you can. Repeat if he doesn’t get out of the sharding sky.” This clutch was a great deal smarter than any other. Only a few were silly and slow. Most were brilliant. Even the reds, and of course the greens. Dianath watched and waited for Garnath to dive with Carenath at the larger bronze.

All of Garnath's normal venom toward the Gold's was forgotten as she fell to Dianath's right wingtip, taking up the position she ordered her too. This wasn't just a fight to protect Athenath from Galeth, but a fight to protect Her's from Galeth's. If the Bronze caught and mated the young Gold, then Her's, and many others, would feel the full force of Galeth's rage for standing against him. And that was something that Garnath would not stand for, no matter the fact that Dianath and Athenath were smaller than herself.
Seeing Lokin look at him as he burst into the area and then D'mar go to attack her caused the young black man to heat up with rage, but it was ill placed as the soon-to-be Senior Weyrwoman dealt with D'mar like he was a child. It was a little nerve racking that such a young looking female dealt with the Senior Weyrleader with such ease. He could only nod his head with Tan'er as the Bronze Weyrling stated that he didn't want to mess with Lokin when she was upset. "I agree, Tan'er,"
he stated, already falling along the soon-to-be Senior Weyrwoman, ready to defend her if D'mar got back up. He could barely see Garnath in the sky and it worried him, mainly because he knew his dragon was smart and he knew that she knew that if they failed, it could be dangerous for any who stood against D'mar. Be careful, Garnath, he sent, hearing a distant rumbling from his Green. Finally, the order of release was given and Garnath barely waited for the Silver that was suppose to attack with her. LEAVE HER BE! Garnath bugled as she dropped from the sky, wings tucked back just enough for her to slice through the air, but open enough to allow to move if Galeth tried to escape her. She was aiming for just above his wing joints, hoping to hurt a wing, trying to end this before anyone had a chance to hurt another, mainly before Galeth had a chance to hurt any of the smaller dragons.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Dianath watched the green. She liked the green. Even if the green didn’t like her sister. She had a feeling Athenath would be worrying about the entire world, while Dianath would be worrying about the weyr itself. Which would not be a bad thing. Dianath was full of ideas and emotions. Athenath could worry all she wanted.
Carenath was right behind the green as he dived for the bronzes head. The bronze wa shit first by the green, but he’d seen something above him and had started to dive. She hit his haunches and he was scratched. Icor flowed. He wasn’t expecting the little silver (Now almost the size of a small blue) to slam into his shoulders, pushing him down farther, though no icor from this. No breaking, but he was lower than before and floundering, as he realized he was in a bad possision. It was then he’d felt the sudden silence of his rider and focused on Dianath. Her green eyes flashed with excitement and she took a dive straight at the bronzes face. Now was all she told with before she dived claws out. Galeth hadn’t spoken fully surprised he and his were being attacked. Then he realized tat the gold was going to rip his head off if he didn’t move. He dived down, going farther towards the ground. Even now slowing.
Above them Athenath was singing, not with words, but with emotions as she practically hovered above the weyrbowl, watching the fight, and waiting. It was then that the blues, browns, and eve bronzes pored in, below galeth, though if they weren’t careful they’d get knocked over. Athenath snorted, making sure they all got their rider’s off first. Then she let herself get lost. Dianath noticed, but kept the males she was working with firm under her control. No flying for the little bronze or silver. There were other queens for them to catch.
Inside the weyr Lokin glanced at Tan’er. ”Rarely happens” was her ownly reply as Dianath made her dive. It was difficult trying to tell the difference between her twins, even if they were so different. Then Remi. ”Fun. Right. He diserved that.” obviously the weyrwoman had had enough. She glanced at Keltia. ”Thank you. I think Dianath and her… wing? Group? Have got it handled.” she said softly. Dianath picked it up and sent a quick thank you to Fayth as she climbed back up. She let Garnath decide what she was going to do next.
Lokin nodded to Remi. ”Thank you.” She murmured before disappearing. Just as the male dragons started to arrive. Already a blue was up and after athenath, behing that she’d called every male. A bronze was there as well, but the rest were getting their saddles stripped. The two chasing had elected not to care.
Dianath snorted as she watched the bronze faulter. Boys, stay back. If this doesn’t bring him down then you two come after Garnath and I. Garnath you willing to go again? she asked, her predator instincts wanting to hit the ‘wounded prey’ as hard as possibly. The only thing keeping her back was the lust that was coming from Athenath.

Garnath didn't miss the young Bronze faltering and she couldn't help but snort and hiss as Dianath asked the Bronze to stay behind. Ready when you are, the Green stated, already circling back around to attack a second time. The lust that was flowing off the older Gold affected Garnath enough to cause her to have to keep her mental connection with R'let limited, as the rest of her concentration was used to keep from giving into Athenath's lust. What part do you want to attack now? she questioned, already picking out tender flesh along the old Bronze's hide.
Feeling the limited connection, R'let had to admit he didn't like the feeling, but the itchy places on the back of his neck and spine caused him to shiver. Garnath was enjoying herself way too much, to the point where R'let didn't know what his Green would do anymore. "Garnath," he whispered, worried about his Green, but his gaze turned back to the fallen Weyrleader. This wasn't right, this wasn't how they should have started out their reign over the Weyr.

T'lar reappeared near the weyr bowl. Kaith and him had been on a long journey and just got back. The young Gold is already rising Kaith boomed as he went to land by the other Gold to allow T'lar off. Dear one, isn't it too soon? He asked his own dragon as Kaith touched the ground. The pair were both very tired from the 'journey' D'mar had sent them on. Now why was it that D'mar had made them head out on a pointless journey finally made a little sense to the pair.
T'lar hopped off his Blue and looked around slightly. Are you going to chase? He asked looking at his tired Blue. I have no chance, Mine. I have grown wise. The blue muttered to his rider. It was obvious the Blue was tired, yet he wished he could rise after the shiny Gold.

Lilly had arrived by that time, and mirrath had rumbled out into the bowl. She saw the blue and nodded towards him. Her rider was quite in control, being that Mirrath wasn’t rising. ”No. Just desperait” she answered about D’mar, as she to knelt beside him and X’lan. Who was having a very hard time diserning from galeth whom his was attacking and dmar. Suddenly the dark haired woman looked at him. ”Leave him. Deal with him later. It won’t hurt him to lay on the floor.” she told him softly.
Lokin watched V’riy not feeling worried. ”Me? Thanks.” she asked with a slight smile, before disappearing. Lilly rolled her eyes. ”Better follow her Bronze rider. She might get away.” she teased softly turning towards the people who only months before had been her charges. ”Boys sit. Girls to. Relax. Dianath will do what must be done.” she said softly, watching them all.
Dianath heard With and sent him a quick carress. Shoulders. Get him out of the sky but don’t kill him. Ours wouldn’t be happy with us. Though blooding him wouldn’t go badly. If this doesn’t get him out of the sky boys, you follow. she said quickly before noticing the bronze above them. Chase her Morith. I and Garnath can deal with this. she commanded him before going into her own dive. Galeth saw it and dived down farther, but she connected with his rump, shoving him down farther. She flapped a bit to get up higher. Luckly for them the weight of Garnath and her attack brought the bronze down, and he landed, heavily, keening in pain and anger. See my dear With. I didn’t kill him. You didn’t say I couldn’t wound him though. she was excited and even in the air it was obviouse she was panting. He won’t be rising back up any time soon. And I’m tired. You two can chase her if you want. she told carenath and With. Though the silver started to circle to land. He was exhausted. He’d jolted into the sky because Dianath had wanted it. It was a bit early for him. Though Dianath had been flying from a young age, he wasn’t so ready. Dianath followed landing lightly and then practically crumpling into sleep, her adrenalin leaving her in one swift movement and she was asleep. Galeth was in his weyr whining. He’d be taken care of by the WeyrHealers and D’mar once the man woke back up.
Athenath could feel her sister fall asleep, and that part of her mind was silent. Good. She bugled again, keeping an eye on the blue and two bronzes now after her, unsure if the little bronze was going to come after her. She rose as she found a thermal and rode it out towards the sea.

Lilly chuckled, feeling a bit of the lust that the young gold was sending off, but it was through Mirrath who was fine with it and didn’t care. She shook her head. ”I’m quite sure it’s YOUR job to find her. At least this time Lord V’riy. It’s not polite to keep the lady waiting. Another time maybe.” she said softly. It was a soft rebuke to him, and daring him to cross her on that. She may have been younger but she was not weak, and it was hard to scare the brown haired woman. ”Now go. Other wise she’ll be in her weyr when Athenath is caught. And angry Weyrwomen seem to like hitting their weyrleaders.” she said as the blue rider’s headed after the gold rider. She glanced down at D’mar with a smirk. V’riy should get the point, and in the end really it was up to Lokin if she let him have power over getting ride of Lilly. Which she doubted the younger woman would do.
With that rather curt reply she turned to the weyrlings, as if V’riy was no longer important. Which he wasn’t in her eyes. ”You won’t get in trouble. I doubt the Werywoman WOULD let you get in trouble. Her Dianath chose to call yours to follow her to help. I can’t see any colored rider blaming yours when a very angry Gold is calling them to her. Now relax.” she told them calmly. She dearly hoped V’riy would follow her advice. She doubted the weyrwoman would like it much if she had to find him.
Outside Dianath unconsciously moved closer to the smaller bronze next to her. She would thank Garnath later, as everyone else.
Athenath knew the blue would falter soon, but so would she. She heard Morith’s call. You think so? she teased as she suddenly dived, for the ground. That brought her past him, fast, and hard, though she pulled up before hitting the ground. Then they were over the ocean. She didn’t realize she could fly that fast, and she was lost in the emotions rought by that. Then the blue fell back. She felt his disappointment acutly, and sent him a quick touch before rising higher again, diving and coming out one eighty degrees from where she was. She cooed softly, then bugled again at Morith, a she flitted over him. Now all he had to do was catch her.

With the older Bronze out of the sky, and the slightly younger Bronze Morith giving chase to Athenath, Garnath followed the others lead and landed, watching as Hers came to her, bronze firelizard fluttering about her, chiding her for being in danger. A simple hiss from the much bigger Green quieted the lizard. "Are you alright, Garnath?" R'let questioned as he knelt beside his Green. Of course I am alright, my beloved . . . Why wouldn't I? That overgrown firelizard was no problem for me . . . or my siblings, R'let heard, causing the Weyrling to grin as he wrapped his arms around his Green's neck, unable to stop himself. He had truly been worried and he could feel the lust from Athenath and the drain of the fight from Garnath and he didn't know which way to turn.
There would be time later to speak with Golds or with Lokin, but for now, Garnath was content in Her's arms and loving embrace. She began purring even though she still felt the anger and rage toward Galeth coursing through her. It also didn't help that Athenath had been Rising through the entire thing.

”Weyrwoman Remi… Be polite… At least for now. Lokin’s going to have a hard enough time figuring out how to keep everything effortless for everyone but her with out having to worry about if her support system is at each other’s throughts.” was Lilly’s only reply as the bronze rider walked off. She kept her green eyes on her. ”X’lan go check on the four dragons. Remi, as Weyrwoman you may have to take over for Lokin at any moment, so I think you should help our self pointed healer weyrling. Tan’er… I’d like it if you’d go check on your and Dianath.” she said quickly.
Lokin had found the old weyrwoman’s weyr a few days before and that’s where she was, lost in athenath.
Athenath let the bronze get close and capture her, her usually gray eyes whirling in a bright purple as she let the large bronze catch her, pulling her wings in close so that he didn’t hurt them, and could do as he wished with the flight. She was tired. She knew she was going to get beraited for chosing to rise to early, but a change was needed.

Lilly sighed. ”I mean it Remi. The weyr needs it’s Weyrwomen to at least LOOK like a unit. And the leadership has to look even stronger. He’s the best we’ve got.” she said very softly. She nodded. ”Galeth could have chosen not to rise, or to go down at the first attack. We’ll get him fixed soon.” she said softly, as X’lan bolted out the door towards the four young dragons. ”Now go. I swear I won’t order you around much after this Lady Remi.” she said with a grin. Mirrath was already comforting the blue that hadn’t gotten to catch the queen, and the usually cold Lilly was on her way to comfort the rider.
X’lan frowned as they came to the young dragons. ”R’let. Is Garnath ok?” Asked the young man, already gauging what might need to be done. The silver Carenath hrumfed softly. ”We are fine mine. Though I believe Queen Dianath gained a cut. It’s on the side she’s laying on it though.” X’lan nodded as the silver dragon lifted his head to look at the bronze and the queen. A small part of the small silver was jealous, but for now it didn’t matter. As far as the silver could tell… nothing was wrong with anyone else. ”We’ll leave it be then. She won’t be hurt by it.” said the dark haired boy to his dragon as he looked over the large green. He had the fearless movements of a healer as he looked her over. He didn’t fear her biting him. Or anything of the like. ”I say you should rest, and get a good bath, Mistress Garnath. It’s muscle strain, so stay on the ground, have either yours, or one of your friends get your meals.” he spoke directly to her, as he would for the rest of his life. Even if he couldn’t speak to her mind to mind, she could still understand him. Plus he felt it showed respect. From there he moved to look over With and Dianath. He could see that Tan’er had them well cleaned, and he nodded as he looked them over. ”Ah… Tan’er… Master With, you need to stay on the ground. I mean that to. I don’t think anyone but Dianath got hurt, and her cut isn’t bad.” he knelt beside the sleeping gold. He could see the cut. ”Not bad, and can easily be healed by tomorrow, though I’ll have to tell Lokin to oil it more than usual.” he said thoughtfully as he moved off to his own dragon. He was sure Carenath was fine. Just tired. The silver dragon had already dropped his head to close his eyes. Garnath. I believe you did magnificently today. Thank you. he sent the green dragon privately. Then he drifted off to sleep as his moved around cleaning him off.
Athenath was quite happy with her choice (not because he was the only bronze flying, but for other reasons) and was quite complaicent. Her rider was a bit different, but then again they were two different people. The Weyrwoman’s Weyr wasn’t that far from the weyrbowl, but far enough that the sounds of the weyr weren’t as pronounced, plus Lokin felt that V’riy should have a little trouble. After all he was an insufferable ass half the time. Hey! It’s true! Though she was slightly resentful of the idea after Morith had actually caught Athenath. Then he was there, with his arm around her waist. ”V’riy” she murmured as she looked up at him. Her breath caught as she did so, her own green eyes matching his. She put her arms up around his neck, pulling herself up a bit, a rather coy smile on her lips. occ// Kick... YOu can start a new morning post if you want.
