It wasn't an uncommon sight to see the Redrider walking through the Infirmary, in fact, this was basically his second home after coming back from patrols. Yet, now it was a home away from home, any escape from the over excited crowd gathered around the the Hatching Feasts. Even trying to sleep at his weyr had been hard for R'bir, though Wrath had fared well enough that he hadn't woken the Red when he left. Sighing, he held his tray of snack cheese and fruit and walked bare footed through the Infirmary, the Redrider made his way toward the bed that he normally took up while in residence at the Infirmary.
That was, at least until he spotted two young people resting on different beds, and two bulky forms of young dragons resting beside them. Sadly, it was a female that lay on the bed that was normally his, and a sudden pain tore through his shirtless chest at the sight of the young Black lying on the floor. The bulky thing reminded him of Wrath, who thankfully, he could still hear snoring in the back of his mind. Thinking he might not have been seen, R'bir made his way quietly toward another bed and sat on the edge.
From the looks of it, the young boy was asleep, but the female was reading a book . . . it looked like. Not wanting to disturb their rest, he placed his tray of food on the table, no longer interested in it, and swung his long legs up onto the bed, before placing one hand behind his head and the other over his chest. While he rested for a moment, Misery popped from between, sending shivers across his body, but the little silver female firelizard didn't care. She curled up on his chest, quiet content being there. With his normal sleeping arrangement complete, R'bir did his best to fall asleep, but found that having the female who seemed to still be awake was too much of a distraction. "Are your wounds bad?" he asked, not opening his eyes, but also keeping his voice down. Not only did the young ones need their rest, so did the young dragons.

Long legs carried the Silver rider into the Infermery. in the hecktic time on the sands he'd seen someone he wasn't sure about. She'd gotten hurt, and he'd heard her join with her dragon. a Had, like P'ry. He moved quietly into the room, and saw the two forms of the dragons. one larger than the other. The black had been ungraceful, which he'd found amusing, and the Bronze had been focused on his hurt Rider. Now he saw them both sleeping. Roland was asleep as well.
He saw the red rider, and nodded then he looked at the girl. He saw the green rider from sixteen years before in her. "Hello Rider Desini, Rider R'bir. I came to check on you two desini. Is Roland sleeping well." he was being formal, but he was trying to figure out how to deal with the fact that she was quite possibly his. He frowned slightly, Looking at her, then at R'bir. "She has a point R'bir. The Feast is important. Even I made an appearance though not for long." he said softly, giving him a half glare. Though it wouldn't mean much, he was just a bit worried.

R'bir didn't pay much attention to the approaching steps, mainly because he figured it was the Healer that was coming into check up on his charges; however, when he heard that it was Silverrider Z'law addressing him, he simply rolled his shoulders and sat up, looking at the Silverrider with little interest. Names and titles meant nothing to him, as they meant nothing to Wrath. The only one that really mattered was that of his Wingleader and that of his Weyrleader and Weyrwoman. "I have had permission to come and go from the Infirmary, as long as I don't disturb the ones trying to rest,"
he stated before reaching out and grabbing a piece of fruit from his tray. "Wrath snores, so I have found that this is the best place to sleep . . . Seeing as I know very few people here at the Weyr, I also find it best that I just stick with my patrols and rest while I'm here," he stated, knowing good and well he would have never spoken to Vivi of Black Harpeth this way, but then again, she was his Wingleader. Of course, when another male joined them, this one talking a bit to much for his taste, R'bir found that he might be a bit more tired than he thought. Sighing, he rubbed his hand over his eyes and swung his legs back up on the bed, pulling a cover over his feet. "I would suggest that you don't keep Rider Desini up to long, or our sweet Healer will have all our heads," he stated, before closing his eyes once more and trying to will himself to sleep. It wasn't working, but at least he didn't have to look at anyone, he really didn't want to snap, he was so tired.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Z'law watched them, giving a rather darker glare to R'bir, but did nothing to him. he was not his problem. Black Rider Vivi, was his wingleader, and she'd deal with him. Z'law had his own wing, it was smaller, yes, but well made, it was a sort of... backup wing. They were well trained though. He'd made sure of that.
His dark eyes glanced at P'ry. "I wanted to ask who your mother was Desini... You remind me of someone... I wanted to conferm it... If it's alright with you. I'll leave after that if you want." he said ignoring R'bir. He wasn't important.
