1. Dragonriders;

+ Everyone loves a good chromatic! With mischief, mayhem and flights, we welcome anyone who's interested in playing a green, blue or brown to join the ranks.
+ There is never any shortage of IC drama available, with an extremely rank and colour orientated Weyr. Greens fight for respect, while most everyone else fights to keep them at the bottom!
+ We proudly encourage green flights! No need to book or request permission, simply submit her schedule and go!


2. Candidates!;
+ 116 young people were Stolen between Early 227 AL and Late 230 AL.
+ Happy, angry, or unresponsive, these men and women are stolen at about 20 turns, give or take, and will have been in Katila for at least the past 12 months IC. The eldest will now be reaching for 30, the youngest will be in their late teens, early twenties.
+ Candidates aged 25+ are strongly encouraged!
+ Those that came South with the dragonriders in 216 are also eligible to Stand, should they be a minimum of 16 turns.
+ Weyrborn brats are currently still just under the age bracket of 16 Turns.


3. Weyrlingmaster;
+ At Katila, we have one Weyrlingmaster per clutch, who follows a group of students through Candidacy, and after Impression, leads them through their education until graduation and they are filtered into the wings! They may ride any colour, be any gender, but it is preferred they be over the age of 50 turns.
**Please note, our dragonriders appear younger than their years. A 50 turn old rider is equivalent to a 30-odd turn old non-rider in regards to appearance, strength, health etc.


4. Weyrling Assistant;
+ 3-5 men or women, per Weyrlingmaster, on dragonback to assist with the education of the Candidates and future Weyrlings! They may ride any colour, be any gender, and any age. We consider it a bonus if they IC (not necessarily OOC) aspire to be a Weyrlingmaster.


5. Renewed Hope;
+ The clutchmates from 227's Renewed Hope are awaiting adoption!
+ Dragon and Rider names CAN be changed.
+ Mature size, colour and Key word may not.


6. World Above;
+ The clutchmates from 231's World Above are awaiting adoption!
+ Dragon names and details can NOT be changed.
+ Rider names and details CAN, within reason; you may not completely redesign them.


7. Ceaseless Drums
+ Hatching 28th September 2012
+ Six eggs, sired by Brown Tyrrisath and clutched by Gold Krypth.
+ Clutch will be NPC'd due to requests to further develop Candidates.


8. Upcoming Clutch!
+ Krypth will take flight again in October 28th!
+ Clutch will be laid on December 2nd!
+ Impression Applications for this clutch will close December 16th
+ Hatching will occur on January 16th


General Candidacy & Clutching Info
+ We accept Candidate Applications regardless of what is on the Sands at the time, or what is upcoming.
+ We create dragonets for the character between receiving the Application and the time of their Impression, tweaking as required for the character's development.
+ If two or more Candidates are ready to Impress at the same time, a Hatching will be PC'd.
+ If the Players request more time for development (as occurred with Ceaseless Drums) the clutch will be NPC'd.
+ No one will ever lose out on their dragon because they want to further their character's development!
+ There will be a clutch every 3-4 months until further notice. Pern needs it's dragon population back, and the golds are doing everything in their power to do so.
